Dear Parents and Athletes,
We used yesterday to work on things and had many great performances. Let's keep up the hard work.
Please also check the Line-up for the Howell Highland Meet on Saturday. All changes need to be made by Thursday night.

Mid-Week Update Schedule
Thursday, April 16th = Practice at 2:30 pm (Starting Early due to Middle School Meet) at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. Weather = 62 degrees, possible scattered thunderstorms
Friday, April 17th = Practice at 1:45 pm at the OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) every day!
Saturday April 18th= Highlander Games(Howell = Directions)
No Bus because of the proximity.
Line-up (All changes must be made by Thursday night)
Please fill out the Absence Form if you CAN NOT compete.
Field Events = 10:00 AM
Prelims = 11:00 AM
Finals = 1:00 PM
$6 Gate Fee
Sunday April 19th = No practice
Monday, April 20th = Practice 2:45 pm at the OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) every day!
Tuesday April 21st = Salem Dual Meet = Home
Order of Events
$6 gate fee
Field Events = 4pm
Running Events = 4:30pm
Anyone competing first in field events should be on the track by 3 pm
Everyone should be on the track by 3:15 pm
Remember, the expectation is that all athletes stay until the end of the meet.

Attendance
Remember, attendance each day is mandatory. If you will miss, you must inform a coach AND fill out the ABSENCE FORM . A job is not a reason you may miss. Remember, the TEAM RULES will now govern attendance issues.
