Dear Track and Field Team,
All emails are sent from FINAL FORMS. If you are NOT planning on running track please REMOVE yourself using Final Forms to stop receiving emails.
If you plan to run this spring PLEASE make sure you are registered = Current Registered Runners(Updated 3/10)
Please go to hartlandtrack.com or open the 2024 Hartland Eagles Track & Field Information Sheet to complete all the registration. To practice all forms in Final Forms must be completed and a physical dated after April 15, 2023 must be uploaded to Final Forms.
TEAM STORE = Please consider ordering a 1/4 zip. We use this as our warm-up. Also, all athletes may order ONE free T-Shirt.
UNIFORM ORDER = Athletes MUST purchase jerseys Boys/Girls ($20) and Boys/Girls shorts ($20) that will be kept each year. Uniforms will be the same each year so athletes only must purchase these uniforms one time. Please fill this out so I can order ASAP. Do your best to pick the right size but I can trade sizes if needed.
TEAM FEE = I will start collecting the Team FEE($50) at Practice. Please send Cash or check in an envelope with the athlete's name on it.
Parent Meeting = Wednesday March 20th 5:15pm: HHS Cafeteria

Weekly Schedule 3/11
Please wear long sleeves and pants to warm up in, for every practice. Come prepared to practice outside everyday, please also bring water, and spikes(if you have them) with you everyday.
Monday March 11th = 3pm = All athletes meet in the OUTDOOR track. Please make sure that you have all of your paperwork completed in Final Forms.
Tuesday March 12th = Practice 2:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) everyday!
Wednesday March 13th = Practice 2:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) everyday!
Thursday March 14th = Practice 2:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) everyday!
Friday March 15th = Practice 1:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) everyday!

Absences
If at all possible you must communicate with a coach before you miss practice and fill out the: ABSENCE FORM Reasons to miss = Illness, school function that can't be done any other time, doctor's appointment. Remember communication is key.
