Track and Field Weekly update 3/20

Dear Athletes and Parents,


We had a great first week of practice. I am excited for the season. Please remember that the parent meeting is 5:30 tomorrow night in the High School Cafeteria.

Please remember attendance is mandatory at all practices. If you won't make it for any reason please fill out the ABSENCE FORM.

Fundraising Information

PLEASE help us kick off the fundraiser by making sure you have 15-20 emails loaded into snap raise. If you haven't signed up yet please so ASAP. If you don't have email in by practice tomorrow we will spend time adding those.

Spiritwear/Uniform

  • Below is a link to the spirit-wear/Uniform order form. All runners need a uniform top and navy blue short bottom. These are yours to keep.

  • We encourage everyone to order 1/4 zip as that is used as a team warm-up but it is not mandatory.

  • The fee and spirit wear will be billed through MiSTAR. You can pay via check, cash, or Mistar(PayPal). If you pay with Paypal you will be charged a service fee. Please let me know if you have questions

SPIRITWEAR/UNIFORM ORDER FORM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Weekly Schedule 3/20 Please have clothes to practice outside everyday, please also bring water, and spikes(if you have them) with you everyday. Monday March 20th = Practice 2:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) everyday! Parent Meeting 5:30pm HHS Cafeteria. Tuesday March 21st = Practice 2:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) everyday! Wednesday March 22nd = Practice 2:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) everyday! Thursday March 23rd = Practice 2:45pm at OUTDOOR track for all athletes. All athletes must bring water and spikes/throwing shoes(if available) everyday! Friday March 25th = No Practice = I will send out the Spring break schedule midweek. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Absences If at all possible you must communicate with a coach before you miss practice and fill out the: ABSENCE FORM Reasons to miss = Illness, school function that can't be done any other time.
