I hope you had a great school year and are looking forward to summer and summer running! The goal of summer running is to condition our bodies and come into the season ready to compete and grow as runners. Below is a lot of great information on summer running!
Summer running starting Monday June 5th We will start our summer running program this Monday June 5th. We run from Epley Park next to Village Elementary. Practice is from 8am to around 9:15. I will only be there on Monday this week. The goal is to have a coach at all or most morning practices. I will be sending out a weekly email all summer and will let you know if there are days that coaches won't be present. If we need to cancel practice we will send a REMIND text message and try and email. Physicals
Athletes will be required to have a physical dated after April 15th, 2023 to run this year. Please plan accordingly.
The school is offering physicals Monday, June 12th, 2032 5:00p.m. – 7:00p.m.
