Qualifying For Camp

Camp is a great experience for all runners no matter their ability.  I would like to invite all runners who plan to be a part of the team to attend cross country camp.  Because of the nature of cross country camp there is a standard that needs to be met to attend.  Below are those standards.  These standards are set to create a safe environment for the runners and coaches while at camp.

  2. You must Run 4 miles under 40 minutes.

  3. You must Run 5 miles without walking.
