Dear Athletes and Parents,
We had another solid day of racing yesterday. I am excited to see what we can do over the last couple of weeks! With that being said my goal is to keep us healthy and get us ready to compete at our highest level. To do that I have made the decision to NOT have the team race this weekend at the Kayla O'Mara Invite. We have some nagging injuries, some sickness, the PSAT, and the weekend weather that all went into this decision. I think we will be at our best with a low key weekend.

Boys Results = Boys Race Video (5 Personal records or Season bests)
Thursday October 12th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice.
Friday October 13th = Practice 1:30pm-3:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice.
Saturday October 14th = Off (NO MEET)
Sunday October 15th = Off or Shake out Run
Monday October 16th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice.
Tuesday October 17th = Practice 3:30pm-5:00pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice.

Logging Mileage
All runners must fill out the mileage log during the season. A week is Sunday to Saturday. Add up all the miles you run in the week and enter that one number into the log.
