I think not racing this weekend was the right call. I hope everyone is rested and excited about the last couple weeks of racing. We are co-host of the conference meet so please read below for volunteer opportunities.
Conference Meet Help Volunteers(We are co-host with Howell) = 10/20/23 We are selling t-shirts at the conference meet. I need two more people to sell t-shirts from 2:30-6pm(Volunteers can share time if needed so you can watch kids race) Also, I will need 3-4 people to help park cars from 1:30pm to about 3:15pm. Please let me know about selling shirts and I will send out a parking sign up. Tuesday October 17th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Wednesday October 18th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Thursday October 19th = Practice 3:30pm-4:30pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. NO Bus since we don't have school
$5 per Car(No Dogs Allowed)
Varsity Girls = 3:30pm(Arrive by 2pm)
Varsity Boys = 4:10pm(Arrive by 2:45pm)
JV Girls = 4:50pm(Arrive by 3:30pm)
JV Boys = 5:30pm(Arrive by 4:00pm)
Awards = 6:15pm

Tuesday October 24th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Logging Mileage All runners must fill out the mileage log during the season. A week is Sunday to Saturday. Add up all the miles you run in the week and enter that one number into the log. Mileage Log Mileage Totals Absences Remember all Practices are now mandatory. If you CANNOT attend you must fill out the Absence Form
