What a great week! We had so many great races. Both teams ran great races at the regional meet. Congratulations to Carson Cook, Robert Wisnewski, Ava Goodman, and Camden Essenmacher for qualifying for the state meet as individuals.

Banquet
We will be holding the Cross Country Banquet on Thursday November 9th. It will be held at 5:30pm at Hartland High School in the cafeteria. We will be having pasta, salad, breadsticks and desserts along with water for dinner and awards to follow. Runners are free. The cost is $10 per person and I will collect the money at the banquet. Cash, Check or Venmo is fine. Please RSVP so I can plan accordingly.
Michigan Midwest Meet of Champions
If there are some individuals that would like one more opportunity there is a great postseason race on November 11th. If you would like to race please let me know and I will help you prepare.

A. $11 admission charge for all spectators. There is no parking fee.
B. All tickets must be purchased via the Go Fan app or website. There will be NO CASH purchases for on-site ticket purchase, all ticket purchases must be done online.
C. The ticket area to the grandstand (Gate 24A) will be the entrance this year at MIS.
D. Spectators will be allowed access to MIS via the Pedestrian Tunnel located immediately after entry. The pedestrian tunnel goes under the track and allows access to the infield area and course viewing. Grandstand access is also allowed at MIS from section 2 to 20.
F. Trams will be available in 2021 for spectators. ADA accessible parking and transportation inside of MIS will be available in the spectator parking area. (See attached map.)
I. MHSAA Apparel -T-Shirts/Sweatshirts –T-shirt and apparel sales will be at Michigan International Speedway near the Packet pickup location for teams and in the Fan Plaza entrance for spectators.
K. XC Finals Live timing and scoring is available at www.superiortiming.com during each race. Races will be video reviewed. The chip time will be shown in tenths, while the video reviewed and potential corrected time will show in hundredths.
Sunday November 5th = Off or Shake out Run ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Logging Mileage All runners must fill out the mileage log during the season. A week is Sunday to Saturday. Add up all the miles you run in the week and enter that one number into the log. Mileage Log Mileage Totals Absences Remember all Practices are now mandatory. If you CANNOT attend you must fill out the Absence Form
