Hartland XC Update Week 2(8/12-8/18)

Dear Runners and Parents,


   Tomorrow is our first official day of practice. Please remember all practices are mandatory and if you will be missing a practice that you must fill out the  ABSENCE FORM. Practice is from  3:30pm-5:15pm Monday through Thursday and  1:30pm-3:45pm on FRIDAYS.  We meet in the WEST Lot between the High School and Creekside.   If practice times change they will be communicated in the weekly email or a REMIND message.

Uniforms/Spirit Wear

If you do not have a uniform please fill out the uniform order form so I can get uniforms for athletes.  The shorts and jersey are $20 a piece so $40 total. There is an option to order a gold jersey. All can order gold, but only Varsity will wear them in invitationals.

Weekly Schedule

Monday August 12th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice


Tuesday August 13th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice


Wednesday August 14th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice


Thursday August 15th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice


Friday August 16th = 1:30pm-3:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice.

Saturday August 17th = OFF


Sunday August 18th= No Practice: Shake out run of cross train.


Monday August 19th = Practice 3:30pm-5:30pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. LONG RUN

Logging Mileage

All runners must fill out the mileage log during the season. A week is Sunday to Saturday.  Add up all the miles you run in the week and enter that one number into the log.

Absences

Remember all Practices are now mandatory.  If you CANNOT attend you must fill out the Absence Form
