Hartland XC Update Week 3(8/21-8/27)

Dear Runners and Parents, We had a great week of Practice! Please remember if you will be missing a practice that you must fill out the ABSENCE FORM. There is nothing on the schedule other than practice this week. Also, remember the UNIFORM/ SPIRIT WEAR ORDER FORM is due Thursday. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Concessions We are still looking for 3 people to help this Thursday at the concession stand. Thank you to all those that have signed up. Football Concession Fundraiser ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ St. John's Under the Light We had another great night at the Under the Night race! It was a great way to kick off the season! The boys finished 6th and the girls finished 5th! Carson Cook, Jack Costa, and Ava Goodman all medaled by finishing in the top 25. Please check out the RESULTS (We were in the Red Divisions) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Schedule and Uniforms Please click the link for all schedule information, including bus times, race times, and directions. HARTLAND XC SEASON SCHEDULE IF you do not have a uniform please fill out the uniform order form so I can get uniforms to athletes. The shorts and jersey are $20 a piece so $40 total. There is an option to order a gold jersey. All can order gold, but only Varsity will wear them in invitationals. I will collect uniform money on delivery. The Spirit wear order form should come in the next couple days. LONG RUN Tuesday August 22nd = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Wednesday August 23rd = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Thursday August 24th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. UNIFORM/ SPIRIT WEAR ORDER FORM DUE Friday August 25th = Practice 1:30pm-3:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Saturday August 26th = OFF Sunday August 27th= No Practice: Shake out run of cross train. Monday August 28th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice Tuesday August 29th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Logging Mileage All runners must fill out the mileage log during the season. A week is Sunday to Saturday. Add up all the miles you run in the week and enter that one number into the log. Mileage Log Mileage Totals Absences Remember all Practices are now mandatory. If you CANNOT attend you must fill out the Absence Form
