Hartland XC Update Week 9(10/2-10/8)

Dear Runners and Parents, We had a good week of rest and training! Now we are moving toward hopefully cooler weather(Maybe not this week) and the end of the season. Please make every effort to be at all practices moving forward. We have 4 weeks left to reach our goals. Training will help reach our goals, but rest and nutrition will do as much if not more. Make sure you are eating, sleeping and drinking water! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Weekly Schedule Monday October 2nd = Practice 3:30pm-4:45pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Saxton Pasta Dinner(directions) Freshman- Drinks Sophomores -Dessert Juniors- Fruits/Veggies Seniors- Breadsticks Tuesday October 3rd = Canton Vs Hartland Dual @ HOME

  • Meet Info Sheet

  • You must Dress up

  • Must arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before the race.

  • Girls race(All) = 4:00pm

  • Boys race(All) = 4:45pm or when the girls are finished

  • BRING MONEY for KONA ICE

Wednesday October 4th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Thursday October 5th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Friday October 6th = Practice 1:30pm-3:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Saturday October 7th = Greater Flint CC Championship EA Cummings Center (Directions)

Sunday October 8th = Off or Shake out Run Monday October 9th = Practice 3:30pm-4:45pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Tuesday October 10th = Howell/Hartland Vs Brighton Dual(Directions)

  • Bus Leaves at 2:30

  • Boys race(All) = 4:15pm

  • Girls race(All) = 4:45pm

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Logging Mileage All runners must fill out the mileage log during the season. A week is Sunday to Saturday. Add up all the miles you run in the week and enter that one number into the log. Mileage Log Mileage Totals Absences Remember all Practices are now mandatory. If you CANNOT attend you must fill out the Absence Form
