We had a lot of great racing this week! This week athletes combined for 22 season best or personal best! We now have a week of just training and rest before we head into the final stretch of the season. If you have not received spirit wear or a team shirt please let me know at practice. It is an important part of training that each person has a watch. It is equally important that athletes are logging their miles. Both of these components are part of the team rules. If we can't get in the habit of wearing a watch and logging miles then these individuals will not be able to race moving forward. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Weekly Schedule Monday September 25th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Tuesday September 26th =Practice 3:30pm-5:00pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. (Senior Posters 3:30-5:15= Senior Parents) Wednesday September 27th = Practice 3:30pm-5:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Thursday September 28th = Practice 3:30pm-5:00pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Friday September 29th = Practice 1:30pm-3:15pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Saturday September 30th = Off or Shake out Run Sunday October 1st = Off or Shake out Run Monday October 2nd = Practice 3:30pm-4:45pm West Lot, Athletes need to have water and a watch at every practice. Tuesday October 3rd = Canton Vs Hartland Dual @ HOME

You must Dress up
Must arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before the race.
Girls race(All) = 4:00pm
Boys race(All) = 4:45pm or when the girls are finished

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Logging Mileage All runners must fill out the mileage log during the season. A week is Sunday to Saturday. Add up all the miles you run in the week and enter that one number into the log. Mileage Log Mileage Totals Absences Remember all Practices are now mandatory. If you CANNOT attend you must fill out the Absence Form
