Remember there is a second tab that has paces to help complete the workouts. It will be helpful if you attempt to complete these workouts and use the paces. I understand life is busy, but the more you do the better prepared for the season you will be.
Physicals
Athletes will be required to have a physical dated after April 15th, 2026, to run this year. Please plan accordingly. Hartland is hosting a physical night on July 28th.

To attend camp, you must have all the paperwork in Final Forms complete, along with an uploaded physical. Final Forms is open for the 2026-2027 school year. Please start working on your forms. I will update the season checklist with who has filled out Final Forms and the camp survey. Remember, both parents and athletes need an account. PARENT DIRECTIONS FOR FINAL FORMS

Runner Expectations at Summer XC Practice
We have many new runners as well as younger runners joining us this year. We are happy to have runners of all abilities, but please be aware that we do have expectations of the runners, and we expect them to be followed so that we can keep everyone safe as well as get the most out of the time we have. Please let me know if you have questions.
You are receiving this email because either you ran High School Cross Country last year, signed up to run this fall, or your child ran cross country in 8th grade at Ore Creek. Please let me know if you would like to be removed from these emails.
As always, please let me know if you have any questions.
