SUMMER RUNNING SCHEDULE = I have updated the paces for the Summer Running Schedule. It also has all of the workouts for the next couple of weeks. Remember, there is a second tab that has paces to help complete the workouts. It will be helpful if you attempt to complete these workouts and use the paces. I understand life is busy, but the more you do, the better prepared you will be for the season.
Logging miles can help you stay healthy and is an integral part of our program.
Join Strava, and I will log your miles! Make sure to sync your watch. Mileage is from Monday to Sunday each week.
LAST CALL = GARMIN Watch Order
We hope that your summer is going well. We have an opportunity for anyone (athletes, parents, siblings, family members) to place an order for a Garmin watch at a significantly discounted price. Please see the Garmin Watch List for the styles and prices. You can also compare watches using Garmin's Website.
If you are interested in ordering a watch, please fill out the Hartland XC 2026 GARMIN Order Form. Please fill it out once for each watch you would like to order.
Coach Mike Hamlin is coordinating all the details, accepting payment, placing the order, and answering any questions you may have.

Runner Expectations at Summer XC Practice
We have many new runners as well as younger runners joining us this year. We are happy to have runners of all abilities, but please be aware that we do have expectations of the runners, and we expect them to be followed so that we can keep everyone safe as well as get the most out of the time we have. Please let me know if you have questions.
You are receiving this email because either you ran High School Cross Country last year, signed up to run this fall, or your child ran cross country in 8th grade at Ore Creek. Please let me know if you would like to be removed from these emails.
As always, please let me know if you have any questions.
